This is a special place to stay. So glad we picked it.

We had a memorable stay in this apartment. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. This is not a typical run of the mill apartment rented by owner. Everything was classy and upscale: cutlery, towels, bed. Ruth is an exceptional host that gave us a warm welcome and sent information about local places to eat and wineries to visit. The location was also perfect. Parking was easy and it was easy to get to other towns on the Mosel.

Great apartment in a charming little town

This is probably the best place I have stayed in after booking through booking.com. Spacious apartment with everything you need and a little bit more. The interior is in superb condition, with some interesting choices for furniture and decoration. Communication with the hostess was very good, and we got some good recommendations from her. I hope I will be able to stay at this place again at some point.

really spacious, v well furnished and equipped and really clean

it was great - near restaurants but not near a shop that we could see. The town had no little shops so this not really the property’s fault. we had a car so it was a short drive to Lidl (over the bridge).

Lovely facility in old Trarbach

We rented the Haus am Markt for three nights for family and friends (three couples). The three apartments are very nicely decorated, each with its own theme. Quirky now and then, different from what you probably have in your own house, but also home-away-from-home. Everything you need, is avalaible. Extra bonus currently, is that each couple has it own bathroom, Covid-proof therefore. The owner is very helpful. Nearby so any question or request is met within a minute. You can order fresh bread rolls and croissants via the owner. As we were a group we used the common outdoor (covered) space a lot : breakfast was held there (additional table as another couple joined us), joined relaxing, gathering before going out for the day, .... This was the reason for renting the whole Haus am Markt, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend the Haus am Markt.

Simply perfect: room, location, host

Apartments are spaceful, newly renovated and tastefully decorated. You find all you need also for cooking if you wish to. Additionally there is an inner-terrace (public space) you can use to drink wine and chat with family or friends traveling with you. It is located centrally in Traben, a couple minutes walk from restaurants and wine stores. One can find car parking options out in the streets for free, but it can become a challenge in high-season.

Easily the best accomodation we had in our 3 weeks in Germany so far!

Met by Ruth, a little later than we nominated - thank you Ruth for waiting. The apartment was fantastic! Recently renovated and like new, large bedroom, lounge, kitchen dining(coffee machine was a bonus) and big bathroom. There was a large undercover outdoor area (shared) a fantastic space, pinball machine, dart board lounge, honour bar, and if you play guitar - the electric guitars are set up a ready to go. Hard to top!

Let Ruth know if parking required ..... street parking is ok.

Die Appartements sind alle aussergewöhnlich. Der Empfang ist ausgesprochen herzlich und es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts ❤️ Die Lage lässt auch ohne Moselblick nichts zu wünschen übrig, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder 🥰🥰🥰

Der perfekte Aufenthalt in außergewöhlich schönen Appartements.

Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin, wie auch der weitere Kontakt war sehr nett. Besser geht es nicht ! Nochmals : DANKE ! Wir hatten drei Appartements, alle waren unterschiedlich und außergewöhnlich eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Deko-Objekte, Bilder und Wandgestaltung. Die Küchenzeilen wirken neu und die Küchengeräte funktionieren perfekt, die Duschen auch. Alles war blitzsauber. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Der überdachte Außenbereich, ist gemütlich und schön gestaltet und die Lage, mitten im Ort ist super zentral. Wir werden wiederkommen. Wirklich alles TOP und dieses ist die beste Bewertung, die ich jemals geschrieben habe. ;-)

Es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln, aber man sollte wissen, dass einige recht steile Stufen zu bewältigen sind, um die Appartements zu erreichen und es gibt nur öffentliche Parkplätze. Das war für uns allerdings kein Problem.

Appartement met luxe uitstraling. Prettige gastvrouw.

We hadden een groot appartement. Het geeft een gevoel van luxe. Alles is netjes met goede meubels en een hotel waardig bed. De gastvrouw is een warme persoonlijkheid. Je voelt je welkom geheten. De binnen plaats is een leuk extraatje met flipperautomaten en zitjes.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in Traben-Trabach

Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich schön mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir waren immer wieder erstaunt über vielen wunderschönen handwerklichen Arbeiten im gesamten Haus. Besonders herzugeben der wunderschöne Hinterhof mit dem Gewölbekeller. Es hat hier an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafür nochmals ganz lieben Dank.
