Our cabin "the view" was beautiful! Being able to walk out on to the fjord was amazing. It was everything I'd hoped it would be. Aurland is a peaceful place and I loved it. Friendly people at the hotel and gastropub. My only minor comment is a better blind needed in the bathroom. I didn't want to leave and I hope to come back someday.
Bathroom could do with a better blind. Pillows could be better but not really an issue.

Location/the breakfast was very good / very courteous staff
The bathroom plumbing is so bad- water from shower would flow outside on the floor/ foul smell throughout the day from the bathroom/ the bed size was too small/ almost fell off in the night while turning
