Clean room in a cute annexe. Breakfast served in a quaint old building. Lakeside location. Lovely outdoor seating area and good food at adjoining bar/restaurant.

This is a charming hotel decorated in the public areas almost like a museum from the 1900s, but it all the better for it. The room was a good mix of modern facilities with an old fashioned feel. The view though was spectacular. Breakfast was OK. Overall highly recommended.

Location - right on fjord but away from crowds and cruise ships in Flam. Get the fishing cabins literally hanging over fjord

Location/the breakfast was very good / very courteous staff
The bathroom plumbing is so bad- water from shower would flow outside on the floor/ foul smell throughout the day from the bathroom/ the bed size was too small/ almost fell off in the night while turning
