About this house rental

Living room, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 and 1 bed 90) with wardrobes, bathroom (bath) and toilet.
Baby cot and high chair.
Very well equipped: fridge / freezer, pyrolytic oven, microwave, washing machine, flat screen TV, stereo, WiFi ...
Beautiful wooden terrace surrounded by tamarisk trees, with garden furniture and parasol.
Attached garage to store bikes, surfboards ... (Provision of 3 adult bikes + 1 child).
Barbecue.

Quiet area (dead end). Easy parking.
300m from the nearby sea all shops (Baker, butcher ....)
500m from the smuggler to reach the beach in less than 5 min walk and without parking problems.

Weekly rental (Saturday 15h to Saturday 10h).
Preference given to rentals of 2 consecutive weeks during the high season.

Linens not provided.

Lovely house in a quiet location close to shops, bars, restaurants. Also, very easy to explore the lively tourist areas of Les Sables d’Olonnes without having to use the car. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. We had a great time and would certainly return to this property in the future.

We recently stayed at this property and had the best week. The apartment is lovely - well equipped (it had everything we needed for when we cooked meals in) and comfortable. It was clean and welcoming and in a great location - a 5 minute walk to the restaurants of Chaume. The owners met us and gave us a good tour of the property and lots of helpful information for the week. Having the garden (which felt really private) and access to sun loungers and a parasol was great for the days when we wanted to relax. We can't rate this property and the area highly enough and wuld definitely stay here again.
