The property is in a perfect location close to all amenities and airport. It has its own private flat sandy beach in a secluded Bay area that is very well protected. What makes this hotel exceptional are the staff. A special mention to Sameh the beach bar / à la carte restaurant manager who made everything run perfectly. Mohamed the pool barman who never stopped all day and evening tending to everyone’s requests and needs. Baseem who helped with great joy around the bars and restaurants and always had a smile on his face. Mohamed Youssef and Madonna the customer relations team who were always on hand to solve any problems or requests with great joy and pride. I could mention so many others from the housekeeping team, bar and chefs but a great thank you to you all.

To find fault would be extremely unreasonable

The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, professional, and always smiling. From the reception team to the chefs at the buffet, everyone provided service with genuine warmth and kindness. What stood out most was that their hospitality felt sincere and not driven by the expectation of tips, which is something I rarely experience in Egypt. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere and is pleasantly sized. The rooms, pool, beach, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of each other, making everything very convenient and comfortable. The entertainment team also did a great job creating a fun and lively atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The shows and activities added a lot to the overall experience. Since the hotel is adults-only, it offers a peaceful and relaxing environment during the day, while still providing enjoyable entertainment at night. However, from my experience, most of the activities wind down after midnight, around 12–1 a.m.

The buffet layout could be improved, as it sometimes feels a bit disorganized. While the food is generally tasty, I believe a wider variety of dishes would enhance the dining experience. The beach area could also benefit from additional service and staff attention, The pool area would benefit from some renovation and modernization, and the towels could be upgraded as well to better match the overall quality of the hotel.”

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The beach, food, and atmosphere were lovely, and the hotel team was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Rony from the animation team for her support and positive energy throughout our stay.

Overall, everything was very good and we had a pleasant experience. There were only a few small things that could be improved, but nothing that affected our holiday significantly.
