We returned to Sunny Days Palma de Mirette this year after the wonderful experience we had during our previous stay, and we're happy to say that the resort once again exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our stay relaxing and comfortable. A special thank you goes to Mr. Hamdy at the reception. His professionalism, warm hospitality, and genuine willingness to assist made a real difference. He ensured everything went smoothly and made us feel valued throughout our stay. It's always a pleasure to return to a place where the service is consistently excellent. Thank you to the entire Sunny Days Palma de Mirette team for another memorable family staycation. We look forward to visiting again and would happily recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.

I stayed 2 nights and it was great. The hotel was old but I got the newly renovated room which was very clean and great. I really enjoyed the animation program and having access to sister hotels next to our hotel. We went to eat to the next hotel. Overall, it was great but the AC was too loud and I don’t know why, someone kept knocking door. The first day, my bf went out I was alone in the room and someone knocked the door. He was one of the staff and told me the door is not closed all the way. Okay…? I got a little scared cuz I was alone but thank you for letting me know?? the next day, again, someone was knocking the door constantly and gave us fruits which is so random but sweet. But the most weird thing was someone called us through the phone in the room and asked us how are you, is everything okay? Kind of questions. Why are you guys calling us in the middle of the day and asking everything okay? We were creeped out honestly. I’ve never had this experience in my life. It was very weird.

Unfortunately, the room and furniture were very old and in need of renovation. The chair in our room was broken, and the refrigerator was not working upon arrival. Thankfully, the housekeeping guy was excellent—he responded quickly and replaced both items. The check-in experience, however, could be improved. We did not receive a proper orientation from the receptionist about the hotel facilities, Wi-Fi access, or how to make restaurant reservations. A brief introduction to these services would have made our stay much more convenient. On the positive side, the swimming pools and the aqua park were fantastic. They were enjoyable, and provided a great experience for both adults and children. Overall, while the recreational facilities and housekeeping service were excellent, the hotel would benefit from upgrading its rooms and improving the guest experience during check-in.
