I stayed 2 nights and it was great. The hotel was old but I got the newly renovated room which was very clean and great. I really enjoyed the animation program and having access to sister hotels next to our hotel. We went to eat to the next hotel. Overall, it was great but the AC was too loud and I don’t know why, someone kept knocking door. The first day, my bf went out I was alone in the room and someone knocked the door. He was one of the staff and told me the door is not closed all the way. Okay…? I got a little scared cuz I was alone but thank you for letting me know?? the next day, again, someone was knocking the door constantly and gave us fruits which is so random but sweet. But the most weird thing was someone called us through the phone in the room and asked us how are you, is everything okay? Kind of questions. Why are you guys calling us in the middle of the day and asking everything okay? We were creeped out honestly. I’ve never had this experience in my life. It was very weird.

First, they asked us to pay almost double the reservation amount on Agooda and that the reservation was not valid for us as Egyptians and we had children with us and we were not accommodated and the problem was not resolved until after calling the tourism police and we were accommodated around 3 pm after waiting at the reception for about five hours with the children! Secondly. A room and bathroom from the old generosity of the bathroom, which is not suitable for human use, especially the old hand mixer, which looks like a train hose, and it was closed from the main valve, with no internal bidet in the toilet! And the children’s misery!

Staff is not well trained , no sufficient staff numbers , reception guys lack courtisy and knowledge ,food varities are low similar kind of food every day . Doesn't worth the money
