Location was excellent. So close to trains, shops, cafes. Beds were very comfortable and staff quick to accommodate you for requests such as laundry services. Fabulous buffet restaurant and a great little Cafe in the hotel. Early check-in and late check out were offered.
I can't fault anything. Rooms are a decent size. Bathroom is small but functional. Very clean.

The location was fantastic
I was very disappointed that I gave the reception person 50 pounds cash to extend my check out and this did not make it into the system and I was charged on the credit card I had to leave when I checked in. I naively did not ask for a receipt did not realise that it would be pocketed

The location is excellent
It had more of a budget feel than I had previously experienced at the same location.

Good room facilities: fridge and safe.
Staff were excellent.
Room was quite small, Bath was tiny.
