Absolutely stunning location in the country side on a golf course. The staff were incredibly helpful and upon the late arrival offered complementary items in apology. They also went above and beyond looking after me for my birthday get away, upgrading my room and giving some gifts from the spa.
The Spa was fantastic also, with lots of different amenities, pools and relax rooms.
The dinner was sensational, a little spenny but thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and the live singer!
The room was slightly underwhelming, especially after being upgraded. Big bed and a big bath maybe im being picky but it just seemed a little empty and aged.

Staff were very friendly and gave a good service. Communal areas were very pleasant. Barneys bar offered excellent food and friendly service.
We were very disappointed in the bedroom we were allocated. The decor is desperately in need of some attention. One of the bedroom chairs had a blood stain on the back of it which showed no signs of being cleaned.The room wasn't serviced during our stay,there was no hot water on Thursday morning. Overall we felt the bedroom was not of a standard that was expected and let Mottram Hall down. The hot food choice for breakfast was cold.
