Chelsea House Hotel - B&B

I was in a good sized room with a comfortable bed and a decent shower. A continental breakfast was provided and I consider that the price I paid was reasonable. I would stay here again.

The toilet seat was broken and needs to be repaired.

The location was good. Less than 10 minute walk with luggage from Earl's Court tube station with lifts and offers step-free access between the street and the Piccadilly and District line platforms. Great for travellers with luggage. Also, took the Piccadilly line directly to Terminal 2 Heathrow Airport. Location felt safe. Several English Pubs and other restaurants nearby. Breakfast and coffee were good.

I requested 3 rooms on the main floor because of mobility issues and luggage. They assured me that our request would be met. When we arrived the person at the desk told me that they only had 2 rooms on the main floor. Why tell me that my request could be met when they knew that it wasn't possible. The bathroom sink/counter had absolutely no counter space to put anything down. The room was very warm and a fan was in the room when we arrived. It was warm in London and cooled down at night but no relief was felt in the room. Doors to the room are old - single key entry. Staff - not the friendliest.

The breakfast was really bad. Mouldy break and spoiled youghurt. The staff looks like they where tired of living. Staff eating directly form the breakfast “buffet”. This set the lowest possible standard of what can b called breakfast.
