Servatur Isora Suites

The staff was really kind and helpful all the time and the entertainment nights were really good, we all loved it. The location was great too, 5 min walk to the closest beach, also next to the small supermarket and very well connected to the motorway, only 30 min to the airport or the Siam park. There is no parking available directly at the hotel, but there is ample free parking located just behind the building. This is situated on a cul-de-sac street that connects to the hotel.

I booked an apartment for four guests, including two adults and two children. The sofa bed provided for the children was extremely uncomfortable, as the springs were poking through the mattress. We raised this with reception and were moved to a different room, the second sofa bed was a bit better better but still unsuitable for two children to sleep on comfortably.

Very good facilities, fantastic location, great food, plenty to do for kids

Cleanliness - rooms are not well cleaned, black residue in the toilet and bathtub wouldn't go off, rooms are just tidied up but not properly cleaned. The cleaning staff broke a glass while cleaning and left plenty of small glass pieces on the floor which hurt my child's foot.

The hotel was excellent and had all the required necessities for a relaxing stay. It has a gym, spa and evening shows. They have 3 pools with one being heated; it didn’t feel very warm however we got lucky as the sun was out slightly. The staff are super friendly and accommodate to all your needs. It’s super close to the airport and very close to the local beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay! The dinners are themed every night and the evening shows tend to coordinate with the themes. They also offer to store your luggage after your stay which is super helpful. They are local grocery stores within 5 minutes walk distance to grab anything additional items you require.

The evening shows would have been better if it was outside as it was hard to view the acts in the indoor theatre. However, this was not due to the hotel but in fact as a result of poor weather.
