Great location, it’s a few minutes walk from the Roman Aqueduct and the city centre. Nice room and facilities within the hotel itself. Friendly staff on site. Paid parking onsite is very convenient.

Superb location for exploring Segovia. All the staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Parking is below the hotel at 18 Euros which meant peace of mind. Lovely breakfast in the morning so well worth taking that option. I was worried about driving in the old town to reach the hotel but it was very easy. Remember to book parking in advance with the hotel (I didn't).

The staff were lovely and there was underground parking on site (for a fee). Breakfast was good. The location is excellent, halfway between the Roman Bridge and the Alcazar.
The room, while large, was strangely furnished with two desks but only one chair. We had no individual control over the air conditioning, that was managed by the receptionist.
