Hotel Infanta Isabel by Recordis Hotels

We stayed in a good sized room with a small balcony overlooking the main square, which had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet, we slept well in the comfortable bed and there was plenty of storage space in the wardrobes. The bathroom had plenty of room to move around and toiletries were renewed every day. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and replaced tea, coffee and sugar etc whenever we needed them. Reception staff were very efficient, check in was speedy and they responded quickly to requests to bring the car to the hotel. Within walking distance to all the major sights which are well worth a visit. Lots of interesting shops and cafes surround the hotel, and although no food is available in the hotel, a nearby cafe sets up tables for breakfast/lunch etc each day, directly outside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of a stay in Segovia.

Nothing, everything was good.

The location was perfect and made accessing the city very easy indeed as we were able to walk everywhere. I would recommend that when returning to Madrid by train that you prebook the high speed train before you catch your flight as these get booked very quickly. The breakfast offered a wide selection to choose from and was run like a buffet service. However, produce was very fresh and well stocked. The room was clean and fresh towels were provided everyday. The hotel immediately responded to my request overlooking the main square and the view did not disappoint. The air conditioning unit was outside our balcony door, however, it was very quiet and did not disturb us. It also worked extremely well to keep the room cool at all times. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.
