Location is great and beach is beautiful. Rooms are bright and comfortable.
The pool waiters were really unhelpful and we felt like an inconvenience. The hotel looks a bit tired in places and a lack of amenities in the rooms makes it feel more like a three star than a four star hotel.

Staff inexperienced and some quite rude.shouted at by a maintenance person.
Rooms are small.
There is not sufficient pool space and loungers to accommodate all the guests which means you can be locked out of certain features of the hotel.
