Superb villa for 10p, seaview, private pool,airco, jacuzzi, pooltable

Amazing villa and views. Everything you could ask for available. Steve exceptionally helpful and responsive. Car definitely required although local taxi service good. Costs about 8 euros into town. Hilly area and a bit too far to walk to shops is only negative. We had a great time from the 2 year old right up to the 78 year old!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt bei der Ankunft. Es mangelte uns an nichts und die Außenküche ist hat uns schöne abende beschert. Der Strand in Calpe ist in 5min. mit den Auto erreichbar. Im ganzen war es für uns ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub und können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Great outside kitchen, brilliant for socialising. Fabulous views. Clean. Quiet and would be fab for families too.

Ideal villa for our party of nine people which is split into two separate living accommodations. The outdoor kitchen was a really nice addition along with the shaded outdoor areas to get out of the midday sun. Kids loved the pool and spent most days in there. Plenty of parking off road . Location is a little hilly but reading the reviews it is something we expected,there is a good restaurant opposite the harbour in puerto blanco which is just a ten minute walk away if you don’t want to go out in the car. All the bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning if it gets to hot.Steve the owner is very welcoming and extremely helpful he likes to keep in touch via WhatsApp which when I had any questions he answered immediately. Overall a nice villa run by a nice guy cheers Steve hope to see you again in the future.

We went there with 10 friends and it was very nice to stay. De owner is helping you whenever you wantend. I reccoment it to everyone.

What a great villa, in a brill location. if you after a relaxing stay in a lovely villa in an excellent location , then this is the place for you. The owner was very helpful and accessible should you need him, the town is large enough to keep you occupied for the stay but not too large to scare you.

The villa was amazing and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. I have stayed in a few villas and this one by far the best one i have stayed in. I would defiantly go back and would recommend to any.

The location of the villa is great only a five minute drive into the centre of Calpe. The owner of the villa Steve is a true gentleman and offers advise and help if required. I would recommend this villa to anybody who wants a relaxing holiday by the pool or on the beach in Calpe and I certainly will rent this superb villa again.

We rented this villa for a family holiday to celebrate our daughters 30th birthday. The villa was spacious with plenty of room for 10 people. The pool area is great with plenty of room for sunbathing. The hottub is a great touch and I enjoyed sitting in it drinking my prosecco 🍸 One of the bathrooms has a bath which is a god send for your muscles after climbing the Ifach rock 🛁 It is situated in a quiet residential area which is great for a good night's sleep. The town which has plenty of bars and restaurants a particular favourite of ours was El Torreo (lovely host and hostess) is only a 20 minute walk away. The views from the villa are fabulous, looking out to sea and over the mountains, superb. All in all we were sad to be leaving this fantastic villa and would recommend this place to anyone ☺

Villa is located at the quiet side of Calpe, which is just perfect for having private holidays, place is kept spotless, swimming pool and jacuzzi is just what you need. Bbq and bar area near the pool to enjoy sunny days. House is so big it took as a while to learn how to walk around it, 9ppl and we all had our own space. Steve was always there if we needed him, and kept sending us messages to make sure we had all we needed. Wow wow wow, best holidays we had so far (after 17 visits to Cannaries) this is our favorite place now ! Thank you so much.

We were a party of 9 adults that stayed in this very spacious villa - the photos do not do it justice - the villa is beautiful - it even has lemons trees to use for cooking/cocktails/drinks. We all had an amazing time! Steve the owner is incredibly responsive to any issues ( the main being when we locked ourselves out - entirely our fault !) It is about a 20 min walk to nearest supermarket or 7-10 euro in a taxi to Calpe which is worth an explore - the villa owner provides taxi details - the taxi drivers speak English and arrive within minutes I can’t do anything more than seriously recommend this place - we had a wonderful time !

Absolutely stunning villa in a beautiful location with stunning views. The villa is very well equipped and is a home from home. It has a touch of Thailand everywhere and is so characterful and charming. Steve the owner was excellent and answered any questions I had within a few minutes. I would definitely return to this villa in a heart beat.

Owner not there on arrival. Several issues to contend with;- we had no heating as no batteries in the remotes. Not all beds were made up. No wardrobe available to use in Superking room as padlocked with owners clothes! Insufficient coat hangers provided. Hob in kitchen faulty & had to be replaced. Complained several times regarding strong smell of gas when cooking. Not resolved until final week of stay! Electric’s kept failing resulting in loss of lights, heating, and hot water. Owner eventually resolved by cutting the wiring for the garden lights Ran out of hot water in first week. Insufficient hand soap,toilet rolls and towels provided on arrival. A number of light bulbs also required replacing. Had to ask for a broom to clean the floors. We bought cleaning materials, soap, toilet rolls etc before owner provided some. The owner appears to only react to issues as they arise, rather than maintaining the property so as to ensure guests are safe, warm, and comfortable. Some issues that we regarded as serious, such as the gas and electrics took far too long to resolve. The property is marketed as “Superb”, but we felt it fell way short of this standard. Some of the furniture is very old and requires replacing. The property needs a good “makeover”, and should be maintained to a higher standard than it currently is. We had some cold nights, cold showers, constant worry with the smell of gas, lack of wardrobes, loss of electricity, etc etc. Sadly, not a happy experience staying there, but WE LOVE SPAIN!

Property was exactly as described. Well maintained and had everything you need for a relaxing break. Especially enjoyed the outside areas, great pool and great views across the area. The surrounding area is very hilly so for anyone with walking difficulties you will definitely need use of a car/transport. Lovely welcome (even though we were 2 hours late) not easy navigating in the pitch black. The owner also popped round when he was back in the country and it’s great that he is easily accessible via Whatsapp. Overall we enjoyed our week thoroughly.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa - all very clean and looked after. The space was great for 10 people and we enjoyed our walks into the old town each day.....although a little hilly! Definitely recommend for stays to others. A week went too fast

This villa is superb. The location is tremendous, surrounded on almost three sides by mountains and the remaining view is the sea. It is a particularly comfortable and relaxing villa. It's really two apartments on top of one another and both well equipped. The outside seating area is brilliant and the pool is the best we've encountered. There's also a spacious seating area in the upper apartment with large windows offering superb views - ideal for a late afternoon wine. Steve, the owner, couldn't be more helpful. He replaced a faulty kettle in 20 minutes and a fridge/freezer (one of three at the property) that wasn't working correctly was replaced within 4 hours. The property's location is accurately described: 5 minutes down the hill and right at the junction for the nearest beach or left for the town and a 20 minute walk. There are numerous excellent restaurants in the town and the beaches are great. A taxi back from town was about 10 Euros. The beds are really comfortable in this villa too. Calp is a stunning town and the people really friendly. After 35 years experience with villas and cottages abroad; this is the best we've found.

This was our first family holiday in Spain and we were not disappointed. when we arrived we we greeted by Steve who showed us around the property, The house is nicely decorated with amazing views which look even better when sitting in the hot tub. The pool was lovely and had plenty of inflatables for children (or adults) should you wish to use them. The undercover shelter was a welcome relief when the sun got too hot to sit in. We had a great holiday, we only stayed for 1 week but would have loved to stay for more

We have literally just returned today from our amazing family and friends holiday in this beautiful villa , the villa it’s self catered for all our needs with plenty of room upstairs for our family and plenty of room downstairs for our Friends and kids , there was nothing this villa didn’t have , the pool and outside area was fantastic so we could enjoy it all day pool, bbq and hot tub , pool table was a brill idea , there was also inflatables left by the previous holiday makers and the owner Steve left them there for the kids , Steve is a fab guy who if asked sorted anything out you needed nothing was to much trouble for him , we would highly recommend this villa as the perfect holiday stay we will definitely be returning in the future 😀�😀�🍾�😎�🌞�🌞� Bernie & Dave white Nottingham England

The villa is a great size and can easily accomodate ten without feeling on top of each other. It has all the facilities you need.

Prachtige goed ingerichte villa, volledig compleet met mooie tuin en ligbedden alsmede een compleet ingericht terras! De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en correct. Zeker een huis om naar terug te gaan ook in de kerstweek was het er heerlijk!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. The location is stunning. The covered outside eating and cooking area is brilliant as we could eat in the shade and still enjoy our surroundings. Adults and children alike all loved the villa. Thank you Steve

Having stayed in over 20 Spanish villas this tops list! The location is great. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and yet you are a 5 minute walk down the hill to the quiet Puerto Blanco beach or 10 minute walk up the hill to the beautiful Calpe old town. The 2 larger main beaches in Calpe are just over a 5 minutes drive away. The villa itself is perfect for a 2 family stay with kitchen, lounge and 2-3 bathrooms available on each floor. The pool is a a good size which comfortable accommodated 5-6 adults/ children on the provided large inflatables. The pool furniture was located in every position that attracted the sun and the covered loungers were a welcome escape during the hottest parts of the day. The good quality pool table was well used by all and if you're brave enough to stand the heat a relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine was a great way to end the day. The villa has everything that you could ask for! It's great to stay in a villa where the owner leaves the pool toys, parasols and reading materials that previous visitors have left behind. An example of owner Steve's considerate approach. On arrival Steve showed us around and advised us that he was available 24 hours a day if there were any problems/ questions. The only questions that we had during our stay concerned how to use the safe and how to work the numerous TV's (good range of UK channels if you need some respite from the sun). He came round later that day to sort us out and provide insight on the local area. During our stay he emailed 1-2 times (Whatsapp - Steve's preferred mode of communication) to check all was going well. It's refreshing to visit a property where the owner invites dialogue rather than hides away. Albeit with a property such as this there is nothing to hide from! We love Calpe and loved this villa. If you plan to book during the school holidays in 2018 then get in quick as we plan to be back! Iain C and family (Woking)

This villa is simply fantastic, the best I've stayed in at this price level. Indoors is great, all the A/C works, the rooms are large enough, there is a great covered portico to sit in the morning too. Even the view is good. The outdoor space is brilliant with lots of toys and a good outdoor kitchen area. The BBQ could do with being a bit less like an afterthought but that's a trivial comment. Steve the owner is very attentive and actively chased feedback and suggestions. (The only one we offered was that the pool could do with heating for the earlier months in the year and it sounds like that may be on the cards in future). Here's my only negative comment - the pool cues were sans tips. I know Steve will smile when he reads this as he was trying to fix it for nearly three weeks as we were there. If you want to play pool, bring some spares and glue. :) Top job!
