The welcome biscuits and water at the reception is heart warming.
The elevator is not working from -2 level underground parking going to ground floor reception area.

The staff was friendly and efficient.
Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The bed was comfortable.
The location was convenient for us since we were not traveling for tourism purposes, although it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions so you will need a car
The hotel could benefit from a refresh.
The walls are quite thin, and there is a lot of noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms, even though the hotel is located on the outskirts of Rome in a relatively quiet area.
The food at the restaurant was below expectations.
The parking area is too small compared to the hotel’s capacity.

We had room on upper floor, so the view was nice. And tasty breakfast. Very professional staff.
We came at night,as our flight was late. And no one didn’t make the second bed for kids,so we need to look for pillows and sheets, shower wasn’t perfectly clean, and in pictures room looks much better. Staff were helpful, and professional, breakfast was very good and tasty.

Rude behavior. Although the waitressing people were nice and warm the manager was not. Food was good, but I didn't left with a good feeling.
