On the whole, positive, but paid more than I anticipated.

Breakfast was fine. The late check-in the night also was good. Plenty of parking nearby. A good option for visiting Cologne without the hustle and bustle of Cologne itself. Plenty of green spaces nearby to walk the dog.

I booked the hotel because it was reasonably priced and suited me for the night. However, I booked it primarily through booking.com as it accommodates dogs. Admittedly I did not read the small print. However, I was a little surprised at the extra cost of Euro 15 per night for a dog.

Quiet location and fabulous Breakfast

Nice well appointed hotel in quiet location, great breakfast and good value for money.

Fan in the bathroom could do with upgrading as a little noisy until it stops.

Euro 2024 5 night stay

The buffet at night was good, a few more options for kids would have made it better.The nearby shopping centre was great for food and anything else needed. There was an excellent swimming pool a 10 minute walk away

The WiFi on the 3rd floor was really poor. The elderly gentleman who worked in the restaurant in the evenings was extremely rude to my son and me on multiple occasions

Pretty nice hotel

Nice hotel, spacious room, varied and delicious breakfast, big parking lot

Vent in the bathroom would only stop after a while, making it noisy in the room. The booking page let me select between double room or twin room, selected double but got twin regardless.

For Dog Owners

Very dog friendly. Doggy goody bag provided and bed. Dog allowed into restuarant with us . Staff were lovely providing water and a sweetie treat. Shopping mall also nearby.

No obvious park nearby but the nearby community stadium has ground if dog kept on a lead.

Quiet and free parking.

We ordered two 25sq meter rooms and got two 20sq meter rooms. The receptionist told us 25 Sq meter rooms won't be available for several days and said isolently that this was our order. The next morning we claimed again and got the right rooms. Shortly after checkout I noticed that my visa card was charged on extra room! I wrote to them again and again and they did not answer for two days. Later they answered that they checked and authorized the extra charge. They even did not read my explanations. Only after my sixth mail when I wrote: shame on you, they corrected the charge, with no apology!

Definitely would stay again

The room and it's facilities were excellent. This includes receiving a dog bowl set and mat, a dog bed, dog food (wet and dry) and a dog newspaper about the rules 😆 The staff were lovely and informative/helpful. Excellent places to walk the dogs nearby despite being a city stay. Good breakfast.
