It was reasonably good value for money
There was absolutely no telephone contact number or information webpage to be found anywhere. Quite unusual for a large hotel. So after extensive search I found a number in Hamburg, who assured me repeatedly that bringing a dog (against a fee is possible). When I finally checked in I was heavily criticised that I had not informed them about my dog (I did and for such cases it would help to have a phone number). This was very unprofessional.

Large comfortable room, friendly staff, convenient location for catching a train into Cologne. Ample parking. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
The mini bar was empty and also dirty inside. The room wasn't as clean as most hotels stayed in.

The restaurant is nice and breakfast in the morning is Top
The room despite had A/C, that was not working. In none of rooms. It rather seems they preferred to have it off for entire building to avoid heavy charges. Rooms were insanely hot. Beyond management
