Staff was very responsive and helpful. Location was awesome. Bathroom very manageable for older person with physical limitations.
Breakfast geared more towards European tastes. Coffee dispensed from machine. although good, was not hot.

There was a new gal and Brazilian guy at the front desk who were so nice, personable and helpful - not like your stuffy, personality-less staff wer’e so used to seeing these days. We stayed here upon arriving in Portugal when our apartment was not yet ready. We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting who aren’t staying with us.

Breakfast very unimpressive: mostly tinned fruit, scrambled eggs not appetising , very little selection and the dining area is pretty dull and depressing
