Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, special mention to Robbie on reception for being so helpful and liam as well. Our great granddaughter was born at 8.30am on the Sunday morning and he kindly gave us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate, Many thanks

A particularly loud man who I assume was the restaurant manager , his use of profanities to some male members of staff was not required, having worked in the trade myself for many years, swearing does not motivate staff or look good in front of customers

Clean, nice rooms, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and good facilities. Comfortable beds, good location with handy amenities nearby, large car park.

Door handle broke, bathroom and hallways a bit ran down with flaking paint and in need of redecorating, noise during the night from other guests.

Great location, good local amenities, great sized bed and room. Fantastic and attentive staff. I was heavily pregnant at the time we stayed and Liam went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. There was a fan available which we requested and it was placed in our room for us before we arrived. Outstanding attention to detail and care for guests! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Could not get into first room with keys, door had been damaged at lock previously. Changed to another room, keys did not open door. Keys changed again. Then 20 minutes after getting into room all the few lights that worked went off. Maintenance guy further down the hall had turned off electricity, didn't tell anyone. Light at door didn't work and only 2 of the wall lights did. The wash hand basin was all smashed and cracked, awful looking thing.
