The hotel was very clean and well decorated, the wifi worked fine in the hotel and there are metros and buses located near the hotel to take you into the main part of Athens which were easy to use. There were free drinks available inside the room. The beds were very comfortable and cleaned every day.

There is no reception and no staff in the property besides the cleaners. You can reach staff on WhatsApp if you have any issues however as two young girls staying here we did not feel very safe. The area is not very good and the only entrance is through a small elevator that you enter on the main road or a set of stairs. The shower also had no door just a pane of glass so we had little privacy when showering.

The room was very modern and clean, the bedroom comfortable.

The elevator takes forever to get down on the first floor, put in your code and wait. The park is filled with homeless crackheads. I saw a guy tagging on the structures. The shower was only luke warm at best.

The style is quirky and amenities fine.

The bed was up steps and against a wall so a bit of maneuvering required to and fro. Communication delay on request for extra day required meant check in after 24 hour flight not ideal, thank goodness for helpful cleaning staff.

Disappointing location (area quite sketchy and even taxi drivers often struggled to find us). Recommended taxi driver by Bespoke House did not show up as agreed to take us to back to airport. While there are many charming amenities, the top floor room itself not as comfortable for sleep (glassy front door which lets in not only sunlight but any time someone in the hallway turns lights on and also any small noise travels to room and the front door somehow shakes when others shut/open theirs so you get the feeling someone is trying to access your room). It is also misrepresented as an apartment with two rooms (living and sleeping) but there is no separation really so it is like one bug family room with small kitchen. Hard steep stairs to the room which were tricky with kids & luggage (two of us almost fell twice though we are used to stairs at own home). Loose cables & poor fittings (e.g. electrical plug came out with our cable). Despite the helpful hospitality & charming amenities & decorations, this was poor value for us (we are frequent travellers to Greece) and would not return nor recommend.
