The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Morning breakfast just perfect, the pool area was fun and relaxing. Also enjoyed the pool side bar. Perfect place for relaxing and just get away from the stress and hassles of everyday life.
The bathrooms are a little dated and could use a remodeling, besides that the room was just perfect.

I really like the staff. The pool and the pool bar was amazing. I didn't try the breakfast, but the restaurant was OK. Nothing special really otherwise great staff, friendly and helpful
The biggest downside for me was definitely the cleaning service. It isn’t done daily—you have to schedule it ahead of time—and when it finally gets done, it’s rushed and not very thorough. On top of that, the whole towel system was a bit confusing. We didn’t really know how many days had to pass before we could get fresh towels, and if you wanted new ones sooner, there was an extra charge, which just felt unnecessary. Also there is no room service!
