Hotel was in a good location for one night after arriving in the evening.
Staff were helpful, room was clean & there was plenty of parking.
Very good breakfast also included.
Couldn't really fault anything. It's an airport hotel - so does what it needs to do.

We were in and out so fast so I can't really provide detailed feedback. But the staff was very friendly and helpful and gave a good recommendation for a nearby restaurant.

The room was really nice and the location convenient. The manager was super kind and helpful in dealing with a bad experience we faced (see below).
The receptionist, Maja, was rude and condescending, treating me and my family like we had never been to a hotel before. We had already applied for and been allocated early check-in but she said it was not valid as "it was not from me" and that "it would be rude to the hotel's guests". Excuse me? We are guests too and only went there early as early check in was approved. It turns out she had had a long and hard day as there was a festival on that day in Zagreb but that does not excuse this inexcusable behavior
