Exceptional

We were very satisfied with our vacation. The owner Martin welcomed us very warmly and showed us our apartments. The house is very clean and everything is new. A perfect view of the mountains. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: stove, microwave-grill, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine. There is also a ski room equipped with everything you need. There is free parking. Right next to the house there is a track that you can use to ski down to the Kapple lift. Spar grocery store is 350 meters away. There are buses running around the city that can take you straight to Ischgl.

Charming view with modern interior apartment

The view: I think almost all hotel in kappl have a very nice view. But this apartment has a very big window toward the valley at living room,, we can just sit on dining table, enjoy our breakfast and the view at the same time. The apartment was spottless clean when we arrived. And the interior is modern and everything is adequate and comfortable. Location: very close to the diasbahn, a short walk like 10 minutes downhill we can reach the cable car station. All in all, a nice choice for us to stay in Nauers for this vacation.

Skiing in Kappl

Very comfortable, clean and quiet apartment. Host was always very helpful in case of any requests. I would recommend this place for summer and winter vacation.

Kappl and Nauers convinced us again to make sure we come back again soon!

Very nice location close to the centre of the small "Kapp"l village. Plenty of parking space. The accommodation was spotless clean and the small kitchen is well equipped. Nice bathroom with a perfect shower and a sunny balcony with a wonderful mountain view. Kappl, located in the middle of Paznaun Tal, is a perfect place to stay offering lots of possibilities for hiking, long walks and mountain biking. Public transportation and almost all facilities are for free having the Silvretta Card which was included in our booking.

Only a small detail: the wifi kept us asking for its pasword which is bit annoying. Perhaps a change of some setting will overcome this tiny problem.

Superb

The Wachners were welcoming and open to help whenever needed. We could see they cared about their guests. The place is new and spotless clean. Also, very well located both for Kappl and Ischgl. It was a pleasure staying over at Nauers.

We suggest some basic household items are provided: salt, pepper, toilet paper, kitchen rolls, dish soap. Cold air goes through the extractor fan in the kitchen, so it may get a bit chilly in that room. We also suggest an additional set of smaller pillows are provided as the existing ones in the bedroom are very large and rather hard.

Exceptional

The hosts were great, helped us with all our questions and waited for us with the keys even though we arrived very late. The property is really nice and feels very homey. To top it off, you can hit the Kappl slopes from the backyard, awesome.

Sehr modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber, außerdem war die Kommunikation sehr gut und freundlich. Lage zu Natur und Ausblick waren traumhaft. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Auch der Check-In und Check-Out lief problemlos.

Vergleichsweise teuer für die Lage nach Ischgl. Dafür sehr viel ruhiger und entspannter, sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Modern, schoon en net verblijf met een heerlijk balkon met uizicht op de bergen.

Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien om een relaxt weekje te kunnen wintersporten. Aangezien het keukentje direct aan je bed staat is het niet heel verleidelijk om echt een maaltijd te koken. Dit hebben wij dan ook niet veel gedaan.
