Located in the heart of the medieval city of Brasov (2 minutes walk from Black Church and Piata Sfatului), this charming apartment is the perfect choice for families and friends enjoying a holiday together.
It offers 110sqm of warmly decorated space consisting of:
- one bedroom with double bed (160cmx200cm), flat screen TV and air conditioning;
- one bedroom with two single beds (120cmx200cm each) and air conditioning;
- one large living room with covertible sofa (160cmx200cm), home theater system, 58" flat screen TV, Blu Ray player and air conditioning;
- a fully equipped kitchen with table for 6 persons;
- one large bathroom with wc, sink, sauna and hydromassage shower;
- one small bathroom with wc and sink.
It sleeps up to 6 adults.
Hiking, skiing, biking, horse riding, sightseeing, fishing, climbing... all available nearby.
Day trips from here to Dracula Castle, Sinaia and Prahova Valley, medieval towns and fortified churches of Central Transylvania, Saint-Ana Lake, 7 Stairs Canyon etc are highly recommended.
Skiing resort Poiana Brasov (the largest and most modern in Romania) is only 10km away.
Perfect for those looking for a quiet location but still close to everything.

Wonderful location!!!… the stay was comfortable and a quite nights sleep. I traveled with my older mother and my small children. The location is right around the block from the main square. For Americans; Home is on floor 2.5, which is the “first floor” in Europe. The home had everything we needed to cook, clean, and live in comfort. If you drive a car to the home, it can be difficult to park in old town. However, we were here over a holiday and it was exceptionally busy. I recommend booking and staying in this home!

This property was very large and comfortable. It was centrally located within a short walk to the old town and lots of shops and restaurants. We could see the Brasov sign on Tampa mountain from the window. Three of us stayed very comfortably here. over the Christmas holidays.

We had a great three days in Brasov while staying at this place. It had all the amenities you needed and was very comfortable. It also had a unique layout (hidden bedroom) and a very pleasant decor.
The location was also convenient. We could walk to numerous restaurants in minutes and were also close to a couple of trails for hiking. A couple of our favorite restaurants were Albert Bistro and Ograda.
We would definately stay here again if we returned to this area.

What a great location. It would be helpful if there was a book listing favorite local restaurants and so on.
