About this house rental
This fantastic home is one of Briarwood's most requested Granada Models. The owner made a fabulous decision to have both master suites at the back of the home overlooking the peaceful sounds of the pool and waterfall spa, giving them the ability to enjoy the poolside in the evening without fear of keeping the children awake. Both masters have king size beds, private bathrooms and sliding glass doors overlooking the lanai.
There is a queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom with a shared bath between them in the front hall off the living room. All the bedrooms have upgraded flat screen TV's.
The fantastic pool area is a wonderful vision from almost every room in this bright and open home. There is a table with six chairs in the center area and a table with 4 chairs by the summer kitchen which gives the children their own space. Lounge all day by the pool on one of the 4 chaise loungers, or watch the game on the TV in the summer kitchen while manning the BBQ grill. After the kids are tucked in there is always the ability to warm the spa and have some quiet evening adult time as well.

This house is much larger than it appears in the photos. It is located in an incredibly beautiful community, relatively close to the beaches and the city center — only 18 minutes to the beach.The pool is large, as is the space around it. The air conditioning had some issues (it stopped cooling in the middle of the night, making it stuffy), but the house is spacious enough to leave a very pleasant impression overall. This house is definitely worth the money paid for its rental.On the downside, communication with the house manager is quite slow — you might wait a day or even two for a response, which is inconvenient. There are bicycles in the garage, but all except one have flat tires, so don’t count on riding around the area.There are beach chairs, though they are old and rusty, but it’s good that they are available. There are also many items for the pool, which is a plus.We definitely want to come back here next year.

We had an amazing stay and time in Naples. Our Home was great and cozy, the pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for! The only complaint was the dishes were dirty and we had to wash them before we could use them, that would be on the guests before us though. We will definitely be coming back!Thank you!!

It's pretty much as advertised, with some annoying features: there is not a single rug or carpet in the unit so the echo is bad. Makes it hard to carry on a conversation or hear the TV. The pool heater can only heat the pool or the spa at one time. This meant for us that we had to plan ahead and allow time for the spa to warm up before going in. This takes 30 minutes, so no spontaneous dunks in the spa on the spur of the moment. There is a general lack of lighting in the unit, and about half of the bulbs were out, making it VERY dark in the unit at night. Finally there are a lot of nit-picky rules about the garbage and recycling. Violation of any rule comes with the threat of a fine. I received at least one email a day threatening fines. These were form letters that I am sure all guests get, but it took away from the experience. The building itself was not in great shape: the pool deck is sinking in spots, there are char marks on the side of the house where the barbecue was clearly set on fire, and the pool ladder is loose
