This beautiful home is one of the most desirable floor plans in Briarwood. The home has been constructed on a premium lot with views of both the lake and the nature preserve.
The Granada is a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with its own private screened pool. spa, and BBQ grill for all your entertaining pleasures. This home is located in Briarwood; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 15 minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches. Briarwood has its own community park with tennis courts, children’s playground and a Wifi cafe in the clubhouse.
This wonderfully furnished home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 8. The first and second master bedroom have king sized beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom also has a King bed.
There is ample kitchen equipment, including microwave, refrigerator-freezer and range. A full size washer and dryer are located next to the kitchen. There is cable TV/DVD in the living room. The master bedroom has a 24" TV and there are 24" TV’s in the 3 remaining bedrooms.

The property was the perfect setup for our group. My husband and I had the Primary bedroom and my daughter and son in law had their own bedroom and bath on the other side of the living room. The 3 girls all 14 stayed in the other 2 bedrooms and shared the bathroom.

10/10 Amazing experience in Naples at this location. One of the best homes we have stayed at in Naples during our annual vacations. A VERY WELL appointed home. Also well appointed for beach adventures (towels and gear). Top notch all the way around!

The house was amazing. Super clean and had all we could hope for. I felt at times the response from management was, at bit slow. And when I finally spoke to them, I felt like they were a defensive. (I had standing water in the sink for almost 3 days and couldn’t run the dishwasher from Monday evening til Thursday at 11am when the repairman came. . It also took 2 days to get an email response on a cleaner request). But both were not a big deal and we still loved our stay. A few other comments: One of the lounge chairs ripped through on the first day we sat on it, not replaced the entire month of our stay, but again, not a big deal, we had 3 others. The dishwasher may need some type of cleaning, it’s kinda stinky, but worked fine. TVs could be updated. Family room not high def or maybe just older and kinda blurry, bedroom TVs are smart TVs but small and didn’t have cable in all a few of the bedrooms. Last, the WiFi was a huge challenge for 8 ppl doing virtual school and work. But we purchased hot spots for our cell phones and that worked. All in all, we absolutely loved the house and had an amazing time...
