We like the space in the unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Enjoyed the balcony and view. We liked the swimming pool. Jetted tub was a nice plus. Telephone contact with host was pleasant and helpful.
The unit needs updates, especially the furniture. The ac struggled. The fan was helpful but was filthy and we had to clean it before using. The unit needed a thorough cleaning. Lots of remotes with no directions.

The location and view of downtown Gatlinburg were excellent, especially with all the Christmas lights! 🎄 The bedrooms were spacious, each with a bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom showers were a little dirty and the air unit in the front room didn't run very well.

The location was great! It wants overly bad but it wasn’t overly good either.
The dryer vented into the room and made it so hot in there you couldn’t breathe.
No communication about needing to bring toilet paper/paper towels/body wash.
The keypad to the door would work after 4-5 tries. Lights out so we had to rob lamps for bulbs maintenance was supposed to bring them but never showed or heard from them again. Black mold in tub jets.
