Beach access & comfort! Property managers were very kind & welcoming. The location is incredible to get away from busy Honolulu. Nearby towns were very charming and had wonderful meal variety.

The location is excellent! The only people on the beach were part of Owen’s retreat or local surfers. Truly felt like it was our own private beach.
The property was exactly what we hoped for. We were in the small orange house right on the beach. It’s a studio and it’s small. But it is right on the beach. Our little studio was in pretty good shape. I did notice that the large white house is a little bit in need of care. So if you’re looking at that one, be aware that it’s not in great condition. I did notice that they had painted a couple of the houses recently, so maybe the large white house is next on the list.

Location on the beach was amazing! Beds very comfortable except the twin was just okay.
Have to pay for washer and dryer. Had to pay an additional $100 deposit once we arrived. I don't remember reading about that.

The location was exceptional! Private access to a mostly private beach made it a five-star experience. We loved being steps
away from the shore of a white sandy beach. We enjoyed walks, swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Encountered colorful fish, turtles and even monk seals!
The beach cottage needs some updating. Ripped curtains, only one burner working on a rusty stove, mattress was a bit saggy. Very dirty baseboards and dirty light fixtures. Parking was challenging right off busy road.
