Bem próximo de mercados, padaria, posto de saúde, parada de ônibus, posto de combustível. Local bem tranquilo, seguro e limpo. A Dione atende muito bem, carismática, prestativa, deu diversas dicas.
Não seria ponto negativo, mas talvez o menos positivo é a distância até a praia, aproximadamente 10 minutos a pé.
