About this house rental
LAVANDA - Villa for 4 + 2 people, 100 m2, two floors.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room with sofa bed and TV, and a toilet. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom. It is possible to put a cot (on request).
Outside there is a private pool (4.5 x 4.5 m), deckchairs, an outdoor kitchen (grill), a dining table with chairs and two parking spaces.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Lavanda. Enjoyed the pool, visited nice beaches and small villages and made barbecue Also everything you need is in walking distance. A small shop, two restaurants (food in Kobana is fantastic and great Pizza in the restaurant direct beside the shop), behind the shop you can find a sports place for soccer and basketball. We had a short football match with the youth of the village one evening, very funny.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus was keine Wünsche für den Urlaub offen läßt. Der Pool war ein Highlight für unseren Sohn, welchen er täglich ausgiebig nutzte!
Bei Fragen rund um Essen gehen oder Sehenswürdigkeiten hat Frau Šegota schnell via Mail geantwortet.
Wir sind fasst jeden Tag mit dem PKW zum schwimmen und schnorcheln in die Buchten der näheren Umgebung gefahren, welche innerhalb von ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen waren.
Für kleinere Einkäufe sind wir in das Lädchen im Dorf gegangen (ca 5 Minuten). Für größere Einkäufe muss man ca 25 Minuten nach Pula fahren.
Der Urlaub war für uns perfekt, wir würden das Ferienhaus wieder nehmen!

Monika was very helpful, quick answers for all questions (restaurant, beach,..), we even had the chance to visit her winery. The house and kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed the garden , the pool and the quiet surroundings.
