About this house rental
Renovated to a high standard the house comfortably sleeps 8-10 people in 4 well-furnished bedrooms. A spacious fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living/dining room with a beamed ceiling and cosy seating for 8 people are on the ground floor. French windows open to a large partly covered terrace with BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers. Ground floor twin bedroom and separate bathroom provide comfortable and easily accessible accommodation. Additional seating and storage space are in the adjacent spacious hall area.
A beautiful original stone staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two spacious double bedrooms and another bathroom. French window in the landing area opens to a terrace perfect for enjoying morning coffee or the spectacular view of the sunrise over the Rasa Bay.
Secluded local beaches are a short 10-minute drive away. Two handy general stores are within a couple of minutes walk. There is parking space for 2 cars on the drive.

We had a great vacation with our kids and our dogs in Rakalj. The house is located centrally in the small village, but nevertheless it is also calm as there is really not much traffic at all. The supermarket is just around the corner, well equipped with the everyday needs. House is comfortable, very good climatisation and a nice patio (shadow). Communication was fast and always friendly. Thanks for being our hosts.

Schönes Haus was einigen Reparaturen bedarf die hoffentlich bei dieser Preisklasse durchgeführt werden . Fenster,Abfluss Dusche OG , Gartenmöbel etc. . Leider wird die Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur nach Aufforderung gewechselt. Wobei ich die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr loben muss . Der Ort ist sehr schön wir waren schon des Öfteren da und werden auch weiter nach Rakalj fahren .
