The house owes its distinctive name to the numerous fig trees on the property. The holiday home, featuring a living and dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a private swimming pool, is available for your exclusive use. The entire Smokvica holiday home is fully air-conditioned (living and kitchen areas as well as both bedrooms) and features a uniquely designed living and dining area with a dining table seating six people. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including a fridge, oven, filter coffee machine or Italian moka pot, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. From here, you have direct access to the outdoor dining area and the private pool. A ceiling fan in the living and dining area also provides additional comfort. The living room is cosily furnished with a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, as well as a flat-screen TV with cable, satellite and internet reception. The first bedroom features a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with cable, satellite and internet reception, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with cable, satellite and internet reception, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the terrace, you’ll find a pergola with a gas barbecue and a sink, as well as a large dining table seating six people.
