About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a house with private entrance and is completely independent and undisturbed from the other apartment in the basement with the entrance on the other side.
The house is located in a small, quiet and well-kept urbanization with small individual villas and a beautiful garden and pool area. There are a few stairs from the residential street to the house.
The apartment has a covered parking space.
The sandy beach "El Portet" and some restaurants are only 1. 800 meters.
Moraira has the flair of a small fishing village, but with all the amenities and amenities of a fine resort. Moraira is also called the small Saint Tropez of the Costa Blanca. Villas of wealthy residents from all over the world determine the image of the surroundings of Moraira. Moraira also has a small old town with beautiful souvenir shops and boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bars. Hotels are rather rare in Moraira, and apart from two apartment blocks with seven floors, there are no skyscrapers here. The apartment has a beautiful open plan living / dining area with sea views, from here you can reach the small roof terrace via an outdoor spiral staircase and you have a wonderful panoramic sea view to Calpe with its mountain, the Peñon de Ifach and the Bernia massif. Against the sun, there is an outdoor awning for the dining area.
The living room consists of 2 sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and an armchair. It has a Smart TV, air conditioning hot / cold.
Behind it is the open-plan small kitchen with gas stove, sink, microwave, washing machine and fridge with a small freezer.
The cozy bedroom has a queen-size bed (150 x 190 cm) and a closet. Here there is a ceiling fan against the summer heat.
Next door is the small shower room with toilet and a sink.
ADDITIONAL COSTS ARE:
In the winter months November to February, a monthly electricity / water / gas flat rate fee of 80,00 € is to pay or 20,00 € weekly.
Arrival and departure on Sunday as well as arrival and departure after 9 p.m .: only by prior arrangement at a price of € 20.00
The apartment has a very nice fenced communal pool area only 25 meters away.
Various seating with umbrellas invite you to sunbathe and relax. Toilets are also available here.

Would not go back as the accommodation was up a very steep and windy road. Could not walk to any of the amenities definitely need a car.

An enjoyable holiday, particularly good is the nearby pool. It’s essential to have a car, which we did, as we know the area having holidayed in Moraira for over 30 years.

Lovey Apartment, very Spanish lovely community , very handy for Marley’s bar and The Tropical bar , lots of entertainment in both .
Moraira is stunning , lots of other places to visit ! Great shops , restaurants… happy holidays !

Volgende gebreken airco die niet werkt zaolshet hoort veeeel lawaai. Vochtig appartement hebben een lucht ontvochtiger gekocht om dit probleem te verhelpen. Televisie eentje van uitde oude doos versletentoestel en ook enkel maar Spaanse posten. In de keuken een gasbek onbruikbaar. Bij het binnenkomen zeker niet netjes veel stof op grond maar op het einde van ons verlof moesten we wel opkuis betalen hebben onze voorgangers dat ook gedaan dan vraag ik mij af wie er daar kuist. De verwarming was niet voldoende om het geheel te verwarmen, kwamen max tot 20 graden. De elektriciteit was niet sterk genoeg regelmatig afspringen van de elektriciteit bij gebruik van lichting badkamer en slaapkamer was de lichtsterkte van beide lampen bijna gehalveerd, stofzuiger alleen deed de elektriciteit afspringen. Wij zijn campeerders en zijn wel wat gewoon maar voor 45 dagen hadden we iets anders verwacht, wat netter moderner. Wat de ligging betreft was het wel 100 procent wat we zochten daarom zijn we er ook gebleven, hebben prachtig weer gehad om toch te zeggen dat we fijne vakantie hebbengehad maar dat de verblijfsaccomodatie niet in verhouding was 5op10
