位置很好, 安靜; 有專屬停車位置; 員工回覆迅速。
床舖不太舒服, 彈簧有點鬆; 廚房用具比較老舊, 鍋子和平底鑊都有不少刮花痕, 廚具不足, 像是將用舊的物品東拼西湊而成, 沒有煮食油。飯廳只能坐2個人, 沒有飯枱給全部客人坐。客廳冷氣匹數不足, 難以維持全廳溫度。有很多很多燈掣, 沒有標記只好逐個試看看是什麼燈; 而且有些燈開不到, 例如梳洗間和露台。早上陽光非常入屋, 直射床舖, 沒有窗簾, 對光比較敏感的客人記得要戴眼罩。
