Bauarbeiten auf Augenhöhe. Mitbewohner sind durch hellhörigkeit beim laufen über uns aufgefallen.
Türe wenn nicht verschloßen von aussen zu öffnen. So mußten wir Nachts abschließen.

Die Lage ist zentral und doch recht ruhig und angenehm.Parkplatz kostenlos in der anliegenden Straße zu finden.Ausstattung ist top. Die Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch und sehr freundlich.
Kleinigkeiten wie fehlendes Licht am Hauseingangsbereich und vielleicht das ich auf die versprochene Badewanne verzichten musste 😉 (durch Zimmerwechsel)

Neighbors were crazy noisy on the last night having a party, so I was up quite late.

Prywatne wejście, wygodne łóżko, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, przestronna łazienka .
Podczas pobytu przez większość czasu nie było ciepłej wody! Jedynie w sobotę i poniedziałek rano. Pani z obsługi z którą kontaktowałem się w tej sprawie poinformowała mnie że technik jest niedostępny aż do poniedziałku rano czyli do dnia naszego wyjazdu! Ponadto w upalne dni i noce podczas pobytu przy uchylonych oknach mocno przeszkadzał hałas z pobliskich ulic ( tramwaje i samochody). Przydałaby się klimatyzacja.
