Superb location. Outside furniture has been replaced since our last visit, as has the downstairs shower room

The mattress and bed linen really need to be replaced as they are well past their best, which is a shame in a villa of this quality.

Secluded and comfortable

Television channels were very very limited.

La posizione con vista mare, il giardino molto curato con piscina, la tranquillità della zona. A pochi minuti di auto dal villaggio dí Spartia dove si trovano mini market e ristoranti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua minerale fresca ed altri generi alimentari a disposizione. La cucina accessoriata di tutto, anche di detersivi per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. 3 ombrelloni da spiaggia e un frigorifero portatile a disposizione.

La strada per arrivarci è un po’ tortuosa e dissestata

The location is superb although a car is essential. Views and tranquility are exceptional. Communications from the host were straightforward and informative. Housekeeping staff and gardeners were polite and efficient.

Towels and mattress could all do to be of better quality given the pricing of this Villa.The welcome pack was thoughtful but, in line with other reviews, we would have appreciated the inclusion of teabags and milk on arrival. Not a priority on holiday, we know, but it would have been nice to access more than just news channels in English in the evenings.
