The property was in the perfect location in the upper town of Chorio, this meant you have an easy walk down to the main harbour area or you could walk the opposite way down to Pedi Bay, we walked all the way to Agios Nicholas beach on a couple of occasions and loved the walk! Whether you go down to the harbour or Pedi Beach area, it’s so easy just to catch the local bus back up to the accommodation (especially as our visit was in August! 😊) We found an amazing bakery just a couple of hundred meters from Evanna House that sold the most amazing pastries, the ham and cheese was firm daily favourite!! There are also some amazing restaurants in this part of town, we loved ‘The Secret Garden’ which was only a short walk away (its best to book, as it is very popular) The house itself is a traditional Greek house spread over three floors that has been fully renovated and completely restored with modern furniture and appliances, it was supremely clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly wish for, we found Evanna House to be a really comfortable home from home! The hosts/owners were so polite and helpful, they messaged us to say they would meet us from the ferry and transport us to the property (no charge) Vasilis was very welcoming and showed us around the property and the facilities it offered. Vasilis messaged us after a few days just to check that everything was okay and if we needed anything further! Superb, we couldn’t ask for more! Additionally, the owners provided an excellent welcome pack that included several bottles of water, jams, butter, pods for the coffee machine, a huge bowl of fresh grapes, and a bottle of wine! So thoughtful! We highly recommend Evanna House to couples visiting the beautiful island of Symi, you will not be disappointed!!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία από τους ιδιοκτήτες.Το κατάλυμα όμορφο και πεντακάθαρο,είχε ότι θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε.Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στον κύριο Βασίλη, ο οποίος καθ’όλη τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μας στο νησί, έκανε ότι μπορούσε για να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας.Θα σκεφτόμαστε τις διακοπές μας στη Σύμη με πολλή αγάπη και μακάρι σε επόμενο ταξίδι μας να έχουμε την τύχη να πέσουμε σε τέτοιους εξαιρετικούς ανθρώπους!
