Majutuskoha suurimaks plussiks oli kindlasti asukoht praamisadama ja kesklinna vahel, peaaegu kalda ääres, linna südamest umbes 5-minutilise mereäärse jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Läheduses on mitmeid toredaid söögikohti. Ülemise korruse rõdult avaneb kaunis merevaade pea kogu linnale. Korter on läbi kahe korruse, kuid funktsionaalse planeeringuga ning maitsekalt sisustatud, mistõttu oli seal viibimine mugav ja hubane. Plussiks on ka WC-duširuumi olemasolu mõlemal korrusel.
Asukoha info saaks olla parem, et esmakordsel leidmisel oleks orienteerumine sujuvam. Kel uni habras, võiks arvestada, et läheduses asuvas majas on koer, kes vahel liikumistest häälekalt märku annab. Majutuskoha ukseni jõudmiseks tuleb võtta mõned trepid - suurema pagasi puhul võib see olla pingutust nõudev, aga mitte ülejõukäiv.

Aussichten von der Terrasse und dem Balkon. Nettes Ambiente, teils liebevolle. Zentral gelegen.
Terrassenmöbel ein wenig wacklig. Die Stufen hoch zur Unterkunft doch sehr beschwerlich zu gehen (gerade mit Gepäck)
