Appartamento molto bello ed elegante, sembra essere stato pitturato di recente.
Molto curato nei dettagli e molto confortevole.
Condizionatori in tutte le stanze, 2 televisioni grandi ed una cucina super attrezzata.
Ha una splendida terrazza arredata che affaccia sull’anfiteatro Flavio, peccato che il tempo non sia stato dei migliori per godersela.
La metro a due passi consente di arrivare agevolmente a Napoli in pochi minuti.
Gabriella è stata sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta e ci ha dato tanti consigli per visitare i dintorni.
Appena possibile torneremo!

Appartamento arredato con gusto, spazi ampi e in generale confortevole. Posizione comoda per raggiungere la stazione della metro a piedi e non molto distante dal centro città. Diversi servizi nelle vicinanze. Host disponibile in caso di necessità.
Nel bagno alcuni elementi avrebbero bisogno di essere sistemati. Soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi sarebbe utile attrezzare meglio la zona cucina, migliorare e mettere a disposizione più prodotti per le pulizie e per la zona bagno.

C'est encore plus beau que sur les photos. La vue est imprenable et le balcon très agréable pour prendre les repas dehors. La cuisine séparée de la pièce de vie est un plus. Même si les enfants dormaient dans le salon nous pouvions continuer la soirée. La situation est idéale car proche de la gare, du supermarché... l'aller retour à Naples est très facile.
La communication avec Gabriella à été facile et agréable. Je recommande ce logement.

This flat stands out from all other flats we have rented over the years, in many respects. First, it a very much a designer's flat (which our hostess Gabriella confessed is her profession) and for this reason extremely modern and clean and "classy". No matter who you are, we doubt that you home is this nice-looking! Second, it was hyper clean and tidy. Third, it is very well equipped, but in a "high end"-style, meaning that the kitchen was a smidgen sci-fi to us. We needed to get instructions for the (induction) stove, and even the coffee maker. But that's us, of course. Gabriella very kindly popped by to instruct us, although we just stayed for two nights. She was also replying to our texts when we accidentally turned off the AC. (Word of warning: often in Italy pushing a button can have unexpected consequences, often in another room and for an unexpected device.)
The balcony is on top of the building and overlooks the Anfiteatro Nerone, the third biggest ancient Roman arena in Italy and the balcony is facing the setting sun so we spent wonderful evenings there.
Finally: it takes around three minutes from the train station to the flat (and vice versa).
Nothing to do about it, but the road beneath the balcony is heavily trafficked.
There are some 70 stair steps up to the flat and when we were there the lift was out of function.
