Electricity could only be engaged with the house keys, which meant that the family could not split up easily. The ad said there was free parking but in fact parking cost €30. The place was very hard to find if you followed Google maps. The place was hard to get to whether you drove or took the train. The outside of the building was crumbling and dirty.
