Lissa and Luciano were wonderful to work with. They picked us up from the airport and made the first entrance into Italy very comfortable. They were so friendly (we even enjoyed a drink with them on the terrace). The terrace was wonderful with a beautiful view and we were close to quite a few things (beach, restaurants, train into Napoli and port to Ischia/Capri).

Central location with many restaurants. Has a roof top terrace with sea view. Spacious, has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
Feels very safe, and the hosts live downstairs.
Beautifully decorated. All decorations are securely fixed, they withstood earthquakes during our stay.
Kitchen has almost everything, including a small oven, though not a microwave oven or a dishwasher.
All kinds of adaptor plugs are provided for the Italian electrical wall outlet.
Very good hairdryer.
Eye covers are provided by the host.
Bedroom is very quiet when you close all the windows and doors.
Public transportation is ok, there is no more Cappuccino station nearby, the new station Pozzuoli Solfatara is further away, check by yourself.
We didn't use the parking service which is in collaboration with the host. As we were off season, we found free parking space every day, just needed to circle around the street a few times.
The wifi kept on going down every now and then, sometimes off line for 15 minutes or more.
The apartment needs a renovation.
The bed was very uncomfortable, we could not fall asleep the first night. Then I found out that the mattress was placed up-side-down. We flipped it by ourselves. The second night I found out that all the four legs of the bed were loosen. I fixed them. I informed the host about the bed.
We realized why the host has left eye covers in the bedroom: the balcony blinds are broken. The window between the bedroom and the living room has a very thin curtain. See photos.
The previous guests didn't wash the cutleries so well, some of them have greasy handles.
The shower head and tube are old, mouldy, and broken. As a result I always had to adjust the shower tube position in order to get proper water pressure.
There was a price list: a 20e fee for changing towels, and then 20e for changing bedsheets during the stay. 50e for the jacuzzi. We didn't use any of these, just for your attention.
