this place is outside the busy area but close to everything. the beach/ocean view is tops.

Lagoon Beach 231A

The place was clean, and comfortable, the fully equipped kitchen and i really enjoyed the fact that it is situated next to the beach. The manager, Albert was very very friendly, and made us to feel at home.

I didn't like the fact that the DSTV was off and being attended to on a Friday,while we were leaving on Saturday morning. Another thing was the inner of the duvet from the main bedroom with stains, it was not that neat. There was no bathing soaps or at least shower gels in the bathrooms.

the carpet floors were not good for my sinuses the pots for cooking are not enough variety in TV channels would be great more tissue in the bathroom and towels would be great also a detergent to clean the toilet extra blankets would have helped because it gets chilly

Location is wonderful, view's are breathing.....

Wifi... Non existent... Called the host... Absolutely no assistance from their side. Tv also issues... Picture unclear at times... Again host showed no interest. Good wifi & respinsive host alway make a booking an experience to remember or to forget. No toiletries provided....

Albert's service was really wonderful! Been in contact with me the whole time re collection of the keys and was very helpful re loadshedding. Thank you Albert!!

The argument on Saturday with Host Agents when I made the payment and was informed that I still can not have access to the property. No one informed me that I must make a direct payment, and I made payment as per the email received. Had a lot of phone calls and what's app with the agent and it was a really unpleasant and very stressfull experience. I was advised to just to book another property - which was impossible, since I've paid my whole budget...couldnt get refunded because the could only happen in the week, ad could not book accomodation cause I've already paid. Thank you to Michelle who resolved the matter for me. The apartment itself really needs a proper spring clean, Curtains, carpets etc very dirty. Me and my son walked with shoes on the whole time. Windows and blinds dirty. Unfortunately that influenced our whole stay and experience - cause if the carpets look like that...what about the mattreses and couches?
