About this farm stay rental

Our 1940 renovated Amish home is in a fabulous location in Holmes Co. We are 1 mile to Berlin, 3 miles to Charm, 5 miles to Mt Hope and 5 miles from Millersburg. This listing is for the entire farmhouse.

2 indoor sitting porch’s perfect for reading or quiet conversations
two nice outside decks for enjoying the sights and sounds of our Amish neighbors.

The house is air conditioned and furnished very comfortably with lots of room for families or groups. The house is located adjacent to our converted barn and two loft apartments should you need additional space. There is an owners apartment in the basement of the house as well.

This farmhouse was in the perfect location and gave us that “Amish- country” feeling. We really enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets while visiting. If I were staying longer than a weekend, I would like the odor from the water fixed. My family and I had a wonderful time and hope to come back again!!!!

Location is great! Very quiet. Clean older (dated) farmhouse with lots of space for everyone. It would have been nice to have a door on the downstairs master bedroom so that everyone else could get to the first floor bathroom without disrupting the people staying in that bedroom. Overall it is a great place for families!

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. The home was cozy and fit our needs very well. The charm of the farm house added to the ambiance of our stay in Amish country.

We were able to set the dining room up for our sewing machines and the host got us another 8 foot table to use. We did have to ask for an ironing board. It was a hot week and the AC worked well. There were lots of places to sit and relax. The outside porch/deck was nice and you could get really good internet out there.

We had a group of 6 gals. We spent time relaxing, sharing and alittle shopping. Location was good but there was alot of traffic noise from the road right in front of house. Overall though we loved our weekend. Love the updated old farm house!

Everything was great! Instructions to get in were easy to follow. There was plenty of room for 8 people. Our only suggestion would be to get darker shades for the 2 upstairs bedrooms in the back. The outside lights from the two rooms in the back Barn loft shine into the rooms and make it very bright when trying to sleep. We enjoyed our stay there overall. We would stay again!

We went up with our adult children for a long weekend getaway. We had the chance to meet the owners and they were as sweet as could be. The farmhouse was charming and had all of the feels of a farmhouse, we loved it. Lots of room, very comfortable. We had a great time. Would definitely rent again.

Quaint remodeled farm house with tons of character. Loved the location and the property. Plenty of room for a larger group. We had a great girls weekend there where we enjoyed the quiet but still close enough to do tons of shopping, eating and local interests. Very clean.
