The room could have been cleaner. I found long blond hair in the bed! Being both bold, it was not relishing. One bath towel was stained too. The TV never worked but again we didn't come to watch TV. The room was pretty though. Breakfast outside was ok, but not when it's raining all the time. The staff was wonderful, very welcoming and courteous.

I loved the views, amenities and all of the included perks! They had champagne toasts, smores kits and 2 pools. It was wonderful

Our room was dirty when we arrived. It was the only flaw out of everything. I did have wash the floors on my hands and knees as soon as we got in. Our feet were black as soon as we took our shoes off. I’m not sure if it got dusty during slow season or someone forgot to vacuum and mop when cleaning but they were really really bad. After that though everything was great. Everything else was very clean they just forgot the floors.

We loved all the amenities that the property offered such as boat rides, swimming (lake and pool), the pool bar, common areas, and the staff was very friendly. Colleen and Sheri at the desk were wonderful. We missed out on the s’mores and champagne due to weather!

The property needed maintenance such as the refrigerator in our room was off balance, ceiling and other areas needed either to be touched up, lots of things that squeaked and were loud (bathroom fan, bed, and Air Conditioning). I was very surprised that housekeeping was only available on request and it is only what you ask them to do (clean towels, make the bed, and provide items.). Nothing was swept or wiped down. I asked for soap to wash the dishes we used in our room. We had to give the front desk (in person) a list. I didn’t want to be that person. I just felt it was part of the experience.
