Very clean Very clean quiet.

Owner treated us like children in school. Teaching us how to turn on lights and use a simple pin code door lock “wow you are smart you know how to use that”) as well as turning on a simple jet tub. (“ Press the button once”) Coffee maker etc. We have a full jet tub at home. Upon arriving he wanted to see my wife who was waiting in the car conducting business on her pad ( an effort to see who will be in the room) He asked “why is she in the car? Really? Personal questions. She has a food business sir. Emailing a client with a menu. Now you know. We understand he wants to take care of his property, but we didn’t need a passive aggressive education of how to take care of the property and how exclusive the furniture is. We are in our fifties and clearly not there to party. We were left feeling a little paranoid. The first 10 minutes we checked for cameras in the room. I kid you not. I manage a casino and two hotels in the Catskills I know a little about hotel customer hospitality and service.This wasn’t it. All we wanted was a quick get away from the kids and visiting friends. I got a text the same day from the owner asking when we would arrive I responded around 3 pm. We showed up at 4:10 The owned told me (lol) I was late. Sorry check in is not an appointment and I had things to take care of. We are the patron. We saw through every single slighted comment with a smile. We almost walked out and took the loss of money. We only live 1 hour away. How ever since we were going to be more out and about, we decided to stay. His wife the was pleasant and completely different. However first impressions are lasting. The rest of the stay was uneventful and quiet. Property needs landscaping and laundry was clean but smelled a little like it was left in the drier and no softener. Soap and conditioner dispensers were empty. (Just giving you a few suggestions)

Everything including location, setup and the experience!

There is nothing I did not like.
