The location was perfect, the appartement is very cozy and comfortable, there were everything we need. Really loved the experience.

Perfect location if you are looking for most things at walking distance. Main bus stop was very close and it was 2 mins walk from centre.

Support staff was almost non existence. When we arrived it was night we got in the building but there was no one available we could speak to as we didn’t had the apartment number to get the keys and person who messaged us was not reachable. After many attempts we ended up going through booking.com to finally speak to someone and got the apartment number. We had kids with us so that was stressful situation. I would suggest getting the apartment number before hand to take the keys. There was no way to turn the heating down. I suppose it is designed for cold weather but it felt very stuffy we even turned off all the heaters and left windows open to cool it down a bit. There was no one available we could speak to either to get ut sorted. Matters could have been little more comfortable
