Location. clear communication . very friendly staff. Having an office nearby helps. always reachable on WhatsApp and the instructions were clear We had a nice bday celebration there.
flexibility, lil tight on supplies but there is an office nearby we can just go and ask for it . the PDF can include a small map - walking direction from the office (key pickup point ) to the entry point of the building. it was so near but in Google we took a circle and came back only that was confusing. so that can be added it's a suggestion not a complaint

Brilliant, exactly what we needed!
Very clear instructions on how to pick up the keys and the location of the pick up was very close to the property. Communication was sent via WhatsApp and email. The location was perfect. It is located very close to the ski bus which is right around the corner. There is shops and restaurants and cafes very close by. It is a short walk in to Chamonix. We stayed there for our ski holiday and the apartment was the perfect size. Plenty of room. The sofa bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was warm and cosy and we picked it due to the location to Chamonix Sud ski bus line. Ideal when you are walking in ski boots! We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location.
