The cabin was cozy, clean and well-maintained. The owner seems to be very organized. We were really impressed with how complete, modern and of good quality the things in the cabin are. The view from the cabin was spectacular—we saw the most breathtaking sunrise and sunset here. 💛 Plus points that there’s a cute cuddly cat visitor in the morning.

The location is a great get-away from everything and it looks over an amazing bay with the cliff. The cabin is equipped with everything and it provides a very cozy stay.

Comfortable cottage and facilities. During four rainy days it was nice to be able to cook breakfast and dinner "in" and not travel back to Uig. Modern and clean- great location for the northern end of Skye.
We stayed four very rainy nights. I walked over and rang their doorbell THREE days in a row. I only rang when there was a blue car present, but no one would answer the door. The owner then contacted me OUTSIDE of booking.com to complain about my review of an 8 and wrote that her daughter could not "hear" the doorbell, then publicly posted that she did not answer because was GONE to work- not true. Although I wanted to change to a higher score, we were criticized via e-mail for coming over- and when the parents DID return they never came by... although she claims they "like to say hi" and had three messages from me saying I tried. Plus we left over $50 worth of cleaning supplies and groceries to "pay if forward." (Sigh) Nice cottage, just plan on being on your own.

The views were exceptional. Sitting on the deck in good weather admiring the view was great. The remoteness and the quiet were very relaxing. We did a big shop in Morrisons on our way there to cater for 5 days and would recommend it to all future visitors. Navigation with google maps is a must. Satellite TV from Sky to watch Wimbledon tennis in the evenings with a beer and glass of wine.
