About this apartment rental

Nicely decorated and updated 1 BR 1.5 bath condo with direct access to the beach! No lobby's, elevators or stairs to navigate!! Walk right from the balcony to the dune & beach!! Gated assigned parking. Two queen beds, plus queen sleeper. Granite counters, full size washer & dryer. Lots of food choices across Coastal Highway: Food Lion, Billy's Subs, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11, Starbucks, WaWa; walk to crabcake factory, green turtle, Gold Coast Mall, Dumsers, McDonalds, Candy Kitchen and more! Mini-split a/c so no noisy wall units. Xfinity cable & wi-fi included. The access to the beach is one of the best features of this unit! TV's in the living area and bedroom. We are directly north of the Carousel Hotel so you can enjoy their patio bar, restaurant, ice rink and beach movies! Sorry, no pool :(

The property was as advertised and pictured: directly behind the dunes, clean, nicely decorated. Communication with the owners was quick and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book here again in the future.
