Create a family field trip by visiting the Discover sea Shipwreck Museum, then unwind at Viking Golf & Go-Karts before heading back to your vacation home.



Upon returning, you'll be greeted by a spacious interior and a beach theme fitting the locale. Lounge blissfully on the furniture in the living area watching your favorite shows on the TV or stroll out to the furnished balcony and gaze at the glistening water in the distance. When your guests are hungry, have the group chef prepare something in the well-equipped kitchen, then sit together at the dining table to enjoy the meal while conversing about the day's exciting outing. Later, go for a refreshing dip in the pool or a soothing soak in the hot tub. For those who don't want to miss a workout, the fitness room has you covered, while the sauna is there to relax your muscles afterward. BUILDING REGISTRATION FEE: A $50 non-refundable building registration fee, payable in cash, is required at check-in.

The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions.

Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
