Cook up a masterpiece in the fully-equipped kitchen complete with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, waffle maker, and tea kettle, and surprise your group with tasty meals and beach snacks–make sure to enjoy everything with an unforgettable view! Then, retreat to the inviting living room with a flatscreen TV to experience a relaxing evening watching TV. * The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking and no pets, please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.
