It was close to supermarkets and transport links were excellent. Bus stop on the road outside and tram was about five or ten minute walk. Clean and lovey welcome pack left.
On street parking Monday to Friday you have to pay for which would work out as about £30 per day. It is free at a weekend and in an evening although you have to be out for 8am when parking charges start. We used park and ride so parked outside when it was free and left in morning parked up at park and ride and tram into the city. £5.50 for all day ticket and it includes Loithan buses. Also Frosted glass door on bathroom, the bathroom is opposite the front door so when lights are on or the light is coming through the outside window you can see everything. My Mum walked through the front door to see My husband sat on the loo😂

Quiet neighbourhood. Close to Edinburgh city centre via bus or uber. Walking distance to shops (Aldi and Sainsburys).
Apartment walls very thin. Could hear everything from neighbouring apartments beside and above. Apartment not very clean (rubbish in bin, cup of tea rings on dresser, cobwebs, not sure what was on the washbasin and shower ??)Lots of non functioning and broken amenities (kitchen pedal bin broke, kitchen clock not working, lamp not working, outlet in second bedroom not usable, broken drawer in refrigerator, etc.). Just didn't have the 'Home Away from Home' feel I was hoping for with it being an apartment.
